Position Basics

Work Hours Between 9 AM and 5 PM

Position Duties

  • Digitize archival materials in various formats
  • Create descriptive information for digital objects and collections
  • Edit and convert digital files with Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Assist with the creation of online and touchscreen exhibits
  • Assist other students and staff with digitization projects
  • Assist patrons at the customer service desk outside the Digital Archiving Lab
  • Special projects

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Dependability
  • Must have at least 2.0 GPA
